Parties to the Agreement

Subject of the Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement has been prepared in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. It governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the airport transfer and transportation services ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Airports Transfer Turkey website at www.airportstransferturkey.com.

By completing a booking, the Buyer declares that they have read and understood all preliminary information regarding the service, including its characteristics, price, payment method, delivery conditions, and the right of withdrawal. The Privacy Policy and Terms of Use published on the Airports Transfer Turkey website are integral parts of this Agreement.

Date of Agreement

The Agreement becomes effective on the date the Buyer completes a booking through www.airportstransferturkey.com and receives written confirmation from Airports Transfer Turkey. The service dates specified in the booking are essential and binding.

Delivery and Performance of Services

The service offered by Airports Transfer Turkey is a private transport service performed at the pickup location and time specified by the Buyer at the time of booking. The service is carried out by professional, licensed drivers using vehicles registered under BEKPEN ULUSLARARASI TURİZM TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. The transfer is considered performed once the Buyer has been transported to the specified destination.

Characteristics of the Service

The type, quantity, category, passenger capacity, luggage capacity, and price of the transport service are as stated on the booking confirmation page at www.airportstransferturkey.com and on the confirmation sent to the Buyer by email or WhatsApp. The booking confirmation is considered an integral part of this Agreement.

Price of Services

All prices displayed on the Airports Transfer Turkey website are fixed and final at the time of booking, inclusive of all applicable taxes and charges. No additional fees will be applied after the booking is confirmed, unless the Buyer requests changes or additions to the original booking (such as additional stops, extra waiting time, or a change of vehicle category).

Airports Transfer Turkey accepts payment in Euros (EUR), US Dollars (USD), British Pounds (GBP), and Turkish Lira (TRY). Payment is made directly to the driver on the day of travel, in cash or by credit/debit card. No prepayment or advance deposit is required to confirm a booking.

In cases where a prepayment option is offered for specific services, any bank commission charges or transfer fees arising from the payment transaction shall be borne by the Buyer.

Buyer's Declarations and Commitments

The Buyer declares and undertakes the following:

• All information provided during the booking process (name, contact details, flight number, pickup address, number of passengers and luggage) is accurate and complete.
• The Buyer is of legal age and has the authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of themselves and any persons included in the booking.
• The Buyer accepts that the right of withdrawal does not apply once the transfer service has commenced.
• In the event that the Buyer's credit or debit card is used fraudulently or unlawfully by an unauthorised third party after the service has been performed, the Buyer accepts personal liability for the full cost of the service and any resulting damages to Airports Transfer Turkey.
• The Buyer agrees to comply with the service rules specified by Airports Transfer Turkey, including respectful conduct toward the driver and care for the vehicle, and acknowledges that failure to do so may result in the termination of the service without refund.

Cancellation and Changes

The following cancellation and modification policy applies to all bookings made through www.airportstransferturkey.com:

• Free cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are fully refunded with no penalty.
• Late cancellation (6–24 hours before pickup): A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the one-way transfer price may be applied. If a return journey was also booked, the return portion is fully refunded.
• No-show or cancellation within 6 hours: The full transfer price may be charged.
• Date/time changes: Modifications to the booking date or time are subject to the same conditions as cancellations based on the notice period provided.

To request a cancellation or modification, the Buyer must contact Airports Transfer Turkey via WhatsApp at +90 544 102 1414 or by email at bekpenturizm@gmail.com, providing their booking reference.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 15(g) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services related to the transport of passengers. As airport transfer services fall within this category, the Buyer does not have a statutory right of withdrawal once the service has been confirmed. However, Airports Transfer Turkey offers free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time as a voluntary policy, as described in the Cancellation and Changes section above.

General Provisions

Airports Transfer Turkey shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform the service due to force majeure events including but not limited to mechanical failures, traffic accidents, road closures, severe weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control. In such cases, Airports Transfer Turkey will make every effort to provide an alternative vehicle as quickly as possible and will inform the Buyer promptly. Any pre-paid amounts will be refunded in full if the service cannot be performed.

All vehicles operated by Airports Transfer Turkey carry statutory third-party liability insurance in accordance with Turkish law. Passengers are covered for the duration of the transfer.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, including Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Road Transport Law No. 4925. In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Republic of Turkey, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

By completing a booking through www.airportstransferturkey.com or by any other electronic means, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this Distance Sales Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Use of Airports Transfer Turkey. This confirmation is valid regardless of whether the booking was completed by the Buyer personally or by an authorised third party on their behalf.
