Can I cancel my booking? ▾
Yes. We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Simply reach us via WhatsApp at +90 544 102 1414 or by email.
Where will I meet my driver at the airport? ▾
After your flight lands, please make sure your phone is switched on and connected to the internet. Your driver will contact you via WhatsApp and send you the meeting instructions together with a short video.
Due to airport regulations in Türkiye, drivers cannot wait inside the terminal with name signs. The exact meeting point is shown at the end of the video. Please follow the instructions to meet your driver quickly and easily.
To avoid any delays, please provide a phone number with an active WhatsApp account when making your reservation.
What payment methods do you accept? ▾
To confirm your booking, you pay a booking guarantee online by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted) on our secure payment page; the amount is shown before you pay. You pay the rest in cash to your driver on the day of your transfer, in Euro (EUR), US Dollar (USD), British Pound (GBP) or Turkish Lira (TRY). Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup: the booking guarantee is refunded in full. Later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded.
How many passengers can your vehicles accommodate? ▾
We offer four vehicle categories to suit different group sizes and luggage requirements:
Standard Mercedes Vito (or similar): Up to 6 passengers and 7 suitcases.
Luxury VIP Mercedes Vito (custom-designed, black): Up to 4 passengers and 5 suitcases.
Standard Mercedes Sprinter (or similar): Up to 15 passengers and 20 suitcases.
Luxury VIP Mercedes Sprinter (custom-designed, black): Up to 10 passengers and 16 suitcases.
