What happens after I apply?

Our team checks your application and documents. If it is approved, you receive an e-mail with your login details for the driver panel.

We review your application

After you send the driver application, our team checks your details, documents and vehicle photos. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp if something is missing or unclear.

If it is approved

You receive an e-mail titled Your Driver Application Has Been Approved. It contains:

the e-mail address you log in with,
your password,
a button to the driver panel.

If it is not approved

You receive an e-mail telling you that we can't approve the application at this time, sometimes with a note from our team.

One application per e-mail

Each e-mail address can apply once. If you want to change something in your application, write to us on WhatsApp instead of applying again.
