How do I apply to drive with you?Fill in the online application with your details, documents, bank information and vehicle photos. How do I log in to my driver account?Once your application is approved, log in on the driver login page with the e-mail and password we send you.How do I change my profile, photo or bank details?Your profile comes from your application. To change your photo, the text about you, your phone, vehicle or bank details, write to our team.Which jobs do I see in my region?Our team sets the province you work in. You then see the offers whose airport or port is in your province.

How jobs reach you, what you see, releasing and completing a job.
How do jobs reach me?Confirmed jobs without a driver appear in the Offers tab of your panel. The first driver who accepts a job gets it.What do I see for each job?Offers show the route, time, passengers, luggage, flight and the price for you. After you accept, you also get the guest's contact details, notes and passenger list.Can I give a job back?Yes. Use Release in My Trips. The job goes back to Offers for another driver. Please release as early as possible.How do I complete a job?After the transfer, press Complete in My Trips. The button appears once the pickup time has passed, and the job then counts in your earnings.The guest changed the booking. How do I know?If the guest changes the time or flight, the job in My Trips shows a warning with the old and the new details.

How do I meet my guests?After the guests land, send them the exact meeting point just outside the arrivals exit on WhatsApp, with a short video.How do I follow my guests' flight?Each job with a flight number has a track link. Check it before you leave and plan your arrival for the real landing time.

Cash and card jobs, your earnings and how you are paid.
Cash and card jobs: what do I collect?Each job shows CASH or CARD. On a cash job you collect the amount shown from the guest. On a card job the guest has paid online, so you collect nothing.Where do I see my earnings?In the Earnings tab of the driver panel: your total, this month, the last 7 days and every completed trip.How do I get paid?Our office transfers your earnings to the bank account (IBAN) in your profile and sends you an e-mail when a payment is made.
