Cash and card jobs: what do I collect?

Each job shows CASH or CARD. On a cash job you collect the amount shown from the guest. On a card job the guest has paid online, so you collect nothing.

CARD jobs

The guest has paid online. You collect nothing. The amount on the job is your share, and it is added to your earnings when the job is completed.

CASH jobs

The amount on the job is what you collect from the guest at the end of the trip, in the currency shown (EUR, USD, GBP or TRY).

• If the guest paid a booking guarantee online, it is already deducted. The cash you collect is yours.
• On some older cash bookings without a guarantee, the job also shows You get €…. That is your share; the rest of the cash is handed over to our office.

Tips for cash

• Check the amount and the currency on the job before the trip.
• Count the money in front of the guest.
• If the guest wants to pay in another currency, call our team before you accept it.
