How do I get paid?

Our office transfers your earnings to the bank account (IBAN) in your profile and sends you an e-mail when a payment is made.

Bank transfer

Your earnings are paid to the IBAN in your profile. The account holder can be you or a first-degree relative.

When a payment is made, you receive an e-mail titled Payment Processed, with the amount.

Before a payment

• Make sure every trip is completed, so it counts. See How do I complete a job?
• Check that your bank details are correct. To change them, see How do I change my profile, photo or bank details?
