How do I change my profile, photo or bank details?
Your profile comes from your application. To change your photo, the text about you, your phone, vehicle or bank details, write to our team.
Where your profile comes from
Your photo, the text about yourself, your phone number, your vehicle and plate, and your bank details all come from your driver application. Our team keeps them up to date.
Changing something
The driver panel shows your name and e-mail, but you can't edit your details there. Write to us on WhatsApp with what should change, for example:
- a new profile photo,
- a new phone number,
- a different vehicle or licence plate,
- new bank details (IBAN).
Why your profile matters
When you take a job, the guest receives an e-mail with your name, photo, vehicle, plate and the text about you. Drivers with a text about themselves are also shown on our Our team page. A friendly photo and a few lines about you help guests feel safe before they land.
