How do I meet my guests?
After the guests land, send them the exact meeting point just outside the arrivals exit on WhatsApp, with a short video.
Before the day
Use the WhatsApp button in My Trips to send your guests the ready message. It introduces you and tells them that you follow their flight.
At the airport
- Follow the flight and be at the airport when the plane lands.
- After landing, send your guests on WhatsApp the exact meeting point just outside the arrivals exit, with a short video showing the way.
- Wait at that point and keep your phone at hand.
Drivers can't wait inside the terminal, so the meeting point is always outside the exit.
At the cruise port
Send the exact meeting point outside the cruise terminal on WhatsApp.
The guest doesn't answer
Call them with the Call button. If you still can't reach them, write to our team on WhatsApp before you leave. We try to reach the guest too.
