How do jobs reach me?

Confirmed jobs without a driver appear in the Offers tab of your panel. The first driver who accepts a job gets it.

The Offers tab

When a booking is confirmed and has no driver yet, it appears in the Offers tab of the driver panel, for the drivers of that region.

Jobs appear about 24 hours before pickup and stay until 30 minutes before pickup.
The first driver who presses Accept gets the job. If someone was faster, the button shows Taken!
For a round trip, both transfers are on one card, with an Accept both button.

Hearing new jobs

The Offers tab refreshes every minute. When a new job arrives, the panel plays a sound, vibrates on your phone and shows a message. Keep the panel open in your browser to hear new jobs.

Jobs from our office

Our team can also give you a job directly. It then appears in My Trips.

After you accept

The guest receives an e-mail with your name, photo, vehicle and plate. The job moves to My Trips with the guest's contact details. See What do I see for each job?
