Can I give a job back?
Yes. Use Release in My Trips. The job goes back to Offers for another driver. Please release as early as possible.
How to release a job
- Open My Trips in the driver panel.
- Press Release on the job.
- Confirm. The job goes back to Offers and our team is informed.
A completed job can't be released.
Please release early
If you can't do a job, release it as soon as you know, so another driver has time to take it. A job released at the last minute can leave a guest without a driver.
The guest is informed
When another driver takes the job, the guest receives an e-mail with the new driver's details.

If the pickup is very soon, release the job and write to us on WhatsApp so we can find a driver quickly.
