How do I pay for my transfer?

You pay online by card, in cash to your driver, or a mix of both, depending on the options shown on the payment page.

Your options

The payment page shows the options available for your booking and the exact amount of each before you confirm:

Online by card. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted on our secure payment page, run by iyzico.
In cash to your driver on the day of your transfer. When a booking guarantee (deposit) is requested, you pay it online by card and the rest in cash.

Is online payment safe?

Yes. Card payments are processed by iyzico, a licensed Turkish payment institution. Your card details go directly to iyzico with 3D Secure, and we never see or store them.

Paying in cash

You can pay your driver in Euro, US Dollar, British Pound or Turkish Lira. See Which currencies can I pay in cash?

Receipt

Your confirmation e-mail shows what you have paid and what is left to pay in cash, if anything. You can also see it on Manage Your Booking.

Payment didn't go through?

If your bank declines the payment, nothing is charged and your booking is not confirmed. Try again, use another card, or write to us on WhatsApp and we help you finish the booking.
