When and how do I get a refund?
Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup and everything you paid is refunded to your card. Later cancellations follow the rules below.
Refund rules

| 24 hours or more before pickup | Everything you paid, including the booking guarantee. |
| 6 to 24 hours before pickup | A fee of up to 50% of the one-way price applies. If you also booked a return, the return part is refunded in full. |
| Less than 6 hours, or no-show | The full transfer price may be charged. |
How you receive it
We send the refund back to the card you paid with. You don't need to do anything else.
How quickly it appears on your statement depends on your bank. If you don't see it after 10 working days, write to us with your booking reference and we send you the payment details to show your bank.
If we cancel
In rare cases, such as severe weather or other events beyond our control, we may have to cancel. Then we offer you a new booking at no extra cost or a full refund of everything you paid.
