How can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. You can change the date and time online until then.
Cancel your booking
Send us your booking reference (it starts with ATT-) and we cancel it for you:
- on WhatsApp: +90 544 102 1414, or
- by e-mail: [email protected]
You get a cancellation e-mail as soon as it is done.
Cancellation fees and refunds
| When you cancel | What happens |
|---|---|
| 24 hours or more before pickup | Free. Everything you paid, including the booking guarantee, is refunded. |
| 6 to 24 hours before pickup | A fee of up to 50% of the one-way price. If you also booked a return, the return part is refunded in full. |
| Less than 6 hours, or no-show | The full transfer price may be charged. |
Card refunds go back to the card you paid with. How quickly they show on your statement depends on your bank.
Change the date or time
- Open Manage Your Booking.
- Enter your booking reference and the e-mail address you booked with.
- Pick the new date and time and save.
Changes are free up to 24 hours before pickup, subject to availability. In the last 24 hours the date and time can no longer be changed.
Other changes
To change the pickup address, the destination or the number of passengers, write to us on WhatsApp or by e-mail. If the change needs a bigger vehicle or a different route, the price difference applies.
My flight is delayed
You don't need to change anything. We track your flight, and your driver plans the pickup for when you actually land.
