My flight is delayed. What happens?

Nothing changes for you. We track your flight and your driver is there when you actually land.

We follow your flight

Our team and your driver follow your flight in real time with Flightradar24, Google flight status and the airport's official flight information. When your flight is late, your driver plans the pickup for your new landing time.

There is no extra charge for flight delays, and you don't need to change your booking.

What you should do

• Make sure your flight number is in your booking. You can add or correct it on Manage Your Booking.
• After landing, switch on your phone and check WhatsApp. Your driver sends you the meeting point.

Your flight is cancelled or rebooked

If you are put on a different flight, especially on another day, send us a WhatsApp message with the new flight number and landing time as soon as you know it. If the new pickup is more than 24 hours away, you can also change the date and time yourself on Manage Your Booking.

Long passport or baggage queues

Don't worry if passport control or the baggage belt takes long. Your driver knows how long these can take and waits for you. If it is unusually long, send your driver a short WhatsApp message.
