How will I find my driver at the airport?
After you land, your driver contacts you on WhatsApp and sends the exact meeting point with a short video. You meet just outside the arrivals exit.
Step by step
- When you land, switch on your phone and connect to the internet (mobile data or the free airport Wi-Fi).
- Your driver sends you a WhatsApp message with the exact meeting point and a short video showing the way.
- Collect your luggage and walk out through the arrivals exit.
- Your driver is waiting for you just outside the exit, at the point shown in the video.
Due to airport rules in Türkiye, drivers can't wait inside the terminal. That's why they meet you just outside.
Before you travel
- Make sure the phone number in your booking has WhatsApp. You can check it on Manage Your Booking.
- Add your flight number, so your driver can follow your flight.
