How do I find and manage my booking?
Open Manage Your Booking and enter your booking reference and e-mail address to see and update your booking.
Open your booking
- Go to Manage Your Booking. It is also under My booking at the top of every page.
- Enter your booking reference. It starts with ATT- and is in your confirmation e-mail.
- Enter the e-mail address you booked with.
What you can do there
- See your route, date, time, vehicle and price.
- See what you have paid and what is left to pay in cash.
- Change the date and time, up to 24 hours before pickup.
- Add or correct your flight number.
- Add or edit the passenger names. See How do I add or edit passenger names?
Lost your booking reference?
Search your inbox, and your spam folder, for an e-mail from Airports Transfer Turkey. If you can't find it, write to us on WhatsApp with your name, travel date and the e-mail you used, and we send it to you again.
