How do I add or edit passenger names?
Open your booking on Manage Your Booking and use the passengers section to add names, passport numbers and nationalities.
Add the passengers
- Open Manage Your Booking with your booking reference and e-mail.
- Open the passengers section. If names are still missing, it is at the top of the page.
- Enter each passenger's full name, passport number and nationality, then save.
Why we ask for them
We keep the passenger details in the records of your transfer. They also help your driver and our team check that the right people are travelling.
Correcting a name
You can edit the names in the same section at any time before your transfer. If you can't open your booking, write to us on WhatsApp and we correct it for you.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Passenger details are only used for your transfer and the records required by law. Read more in our privacy policy.
