I didn't receive my confirmation e-mail. What should I do?
Check your spam folder first. If it isn't there, your e-mail address may have a typo. Write to us and we send the confirmation again.
Check these first
- Spam or junk folder. Search for Airports Transfer Turkey.
- Other tabs. In Gmail, look under Promotions or Updates.
- Wait a few minutes. E-mails are usually sent at once, but they can take a little while.
Still nothing?
The e-mail address may have had a small typo when you booked. Write to us on WhatsApp with your name, the travel date and the e-mail address you used. We find your booking, correct the address and send the confirmation again.
Is my booking confirmed?
If your payment went through, or you received a booking reference starting with ATT-, your booking exists. You can check it any time on Manage Your Booking with the reference and your e-mail address.
