When do I get my driver's details?
Once a driver is assigned, their name, phone number, vehicle and licence plate appear on Manage Your Booking. After landing, the driver also contacts you on WhatsApp.
On Manage Your Booking
Open Manage Your Booking with your booking reference and e-mail. As soon as a driver is assigned, you see:
- the driver's name and phone number, with a button to call,
- the vehicle and its licence plate.
On the day
After you land, your driver sends you a WhatsApp message with the exact meeting point and a short video. See How will I find my driver at the airport?

Drivers are usually assigned closer to the day of the transfer. Your booking is still confirmed. If you have a question, write to us on WhatsApp.
