How do I know my booking is confirmed?
You receive an e-mail with your booking reference, and Manage Your Booking always shows the current status of your transfer.
Right after you book
You get an e-mail with your booking reference, which starts with ATT-. Keep it, you need it to find your booking.
Check the status any time
Open Manage Your Booking with your reference and e-mail address. You see one of these:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Not confirmed yet | We are checking your booking. We e-mail you as soon as it is confirmed. |
| Confirmed | Your transfer is booked. |
| Driver assigned | Your driver's name and phone number are shown, so you can reach them directly. |
| Completed | Your transfer is done. Thank you for travelling with us! |
