How far in advance should I book?

As early as you can. Booking ahead secures your vehicle, especially on busy days. For a pickup in the next few hours, message us on WhatsApp first.

Book as soon as your flight is fixed

The earlier you book, the surer you are to get the vehicle you want. This matters most:

in the summer season and on holidays,
on days with big events in the city, such as a marathon, when we may be fully booked,
for large vehicles like the Sprinter.

You can still cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup, so booking early has no risk. See How can I cancel or change my booking?

If your pickup is within the next few hours, send us a WhatsApp message before you book. We tell you right away whether a vehicle is free.

If the site shows that we are fully booked for your time, choose another time or write to us. We do our best to find a solution.
