Antalya Airport to Kemer and the Coast to the South-West
Kemer is one of the most popular resort areas on the Turkish Riviera, about 55–60 km south-west of Antalya Airport (AYT). The road first crosses the city and then follows the coast, with mountains on one side and the sea on the other, past resort villages such as Beldibi, Göynük, Kiriş, Çamyuva and Tekirova. There's no direct public transport from the airport, so this is a route where the choice of transport makes a big difference.
Short answer: a taxi or private transfer takes about 50–75 minutes to Kemer, longer to Tekirova. By public transport, take the AntRay tram or bus 600 to Antalya's bus station and change to a coach or minibus for Kemer; with waiting times, allow 2–3 hours in total. After late evening there's no practical public option.

Option 1: private transfer
Your driver tracks your flight, waits with a name sign in arrivals and drives you straight to your hotel at a fixed price per vehicle agreed in advance. On a route of an hour or more with no direct public transport, and with resort hotels spread out along the coast, this is the most straightforward way to start a holiday. Option 2: taxi
Taxis wait outside arrivals around the clock. This is a long metered ride, so the fare is considerably higher than a trip into Antalya. Insist on the meter, turn down fixed prices offered inside the terminal and keep some cash handy, as not every driver accepts cards.
Option 3: public transport via the bus station
- Buy an Antalyakart at the machines by the airport tram stop.
- Take the AntRay tram or bus 600 to Antalya's main bus station (Otogar).
- At the bus station, change to a coach or minibus to Kemer; several local operators run the route.
With connections and waiting times, the trip takes about 2–3 hours. It works for travellers with light luggage arriving during the day, but resort hotels are often some distance from the coach stops, so you may still need a taxi for the last stretch.

- Beldibi and Göynük: the first resort villages on the coast north of Kemer, a little closer to the airport.
- Kemer town: the marina, shops and beaches; many hotels are within walking distance of the centre.
- Kiriş, Çamyuva and Tekirova: further south, with large resort hotels between the mountains and the sea; allow extra time.
