Group Airport Transfer in Turkey: Sprinter, Several Vehicles or a Coach

Groups land at every airport we serve: Istanbul (IST and SAW), Antalya, Izmir, Ankara, Dalaman and Bodrum. Golf parties, wedding guests and conference delegates ask the same things: which vehicle, one minibus or several cars, and what each person pays.

Which Vehicle for Your Group Size

Count everyone, children included, then the large suitcases. When you enter passengers and suitcases on the homepage, we only show the vehicles that fit. If you are close to a limit, take the next size up.

Worked Examples

• Six friends, six suitcases: one Vito.
• Seven or eight people: one more than a Vito takes, so a Sprinter. At Sabiha Gökçen you can also compare an 8-seat taxi, about €50–59 (₺2,800–3,300) to Taksim plus tolls, if you find one at the rank or through an app.
• Four golfers bound for Belek: a golf bag takes the space of about two suitcases, so they usually need the Sprinter rather than the Vito.
• Twelve colleagues with twelve suitcases: one Sprinter.
• Fifteen people with more than 20 suitcases: over the Sprinter's luggage limit; add a second vehicle or ask us on WhatsApp.
• Forty wedding guests on one flight: a 45-seat coach on request, or several Sprinters.

One Sprinter or Several Vehicles

One Sprinter keeps the group together: one meeting point, one vehicle, one price. Several vehicles make more sense when:

• people arrive on different flights;
• the group is staying at different addresses;
• you are more than 15 people, or have more than 20 large suitcases.

Book two or more vehicles for the same flight, or write to us and we plan them together. Every vehicle is private and goes straight to its address; if you want a stop on the way, mention it in the notes or on WhatsApp.

More Than 15 People: The 45-Seat Coach

For big groups, weddings, conferences and tours we arrange a 45-seat coach on request. It has no online price. Write to us on WhatsApp or by e-mail with the date, route, number of people and luggage, and we send you an offer. A limousine for special occasions is arranged the same way. Book early: larger vehicles book up first on busy days, and cancellation stays free up to 24 hours before pickup.

Luggage, Golf Bags and Sports Gear

The limits are for large suitcases; small bags usually fit as well. Golf bags, bicycle boxes, surfboards and windsurf or kite bags take extra space, so put them in the notes. If your hand luggage makes it too much for the vehicle you chose, the booking switches you to one that fits and shows the new price before you confirm. Much more luggage than booked may not fit on the day, so tell us in advance and we upgrade the vehicle. See How much luggage can I bring?

What to Send Us When You Book

• The flight numbers of everyone in the group, especially if people arrive on different flights.
• The number of people and large suitcases, plus any bulky gear.
• A contact phone number that has WhatsApp.
• Passenger names, passport numbers and nationalities, which you can add on Manage Your Booking.

How Arrival Works for a Group

Your driver follows the flight, so the pickup follows the real landing time and a delay costs nothing extra. After you land, the driver sends the exact meeting point and a short video on WhatsApp. The group walks out through the arrivals exit and the driver is waiting just outside it. Our drivers speak English and help with the luggage. If passport control or the baggage belt takes long, the driver waits; send a short message if it runs unusually long.

Why the Price Per Head Falls

Our price is for the whole private vehicle, one way, and the exact price for your date and pickup time is shown before you pay. Every extra passenger lowers the share:

• Istanbul Airport to Taksim: four people sharing a Vito each pay a quarter of €44. On the Havaist coach four people pay ≈€34 (₺1,880) and six pay ≈€51 (₺2,820), and still walk from the stop. Two yellow taxis cost about €77–97 (₺4,300–5,400) together.
• Antalya Airport to Belek: two taxis cost about €59–63 (₺3,300–3,500), one Vito from €40. A family of six going to Alanya pays the Alanya price once, from €80.
• Ankara Esenboğa to Kızılay: four people on the AnkaraAir coach pay ≈€18 (₺1,000) and still have to get from Kızılay to the door; one Vito starts from €36.
• Izmir Airport to Alaçatı: six people sharing a Vito each pay a sixth of €95.

For one or two light travellers going into a city, a taxi or public transport is often better value. The Sprinter and VIP prices for each route are in the price guides below and on transfer prices.

Airport by Airport Notes for Groups

• Istanbul Airport (IST): Taksim, Beşiktaş, Şişli and Galataport all start from €44 per Vito. Larger taxis exist but are not always at the front of the queue. Book · prices
• Sabiha Gökçen (SAW): from €53 to Kadıköy; seven or eight people can compare an 8-seat taxi with a Sprinter. Book · prices
• Antalya (AYT): golf groups to Belek, from €40; no direct public transport reaches the resorts. Book · prices
• Izmir (ADB): Çeşme from €100, about an hour on a clear motorway; mention windsurf and kite bags. Book · prices
• Ankara Esenboğa (ESB): no train or metro; four students sharing a Vito to Bilkent each pay a quarter of €45. Book · prices
• Dalaman (DLM): on two-hour runs to Kaş or Datça space matters more, so take the next size up. Book · prices
• Bodrum (BJV): villa groups on the peninsula, 33–57 km, from €40; the airport coach meets domestic flights only. Book · prices

Paying, Changing and Cancelling

The payment page shows your options and the exact amount of each before you confirm: card online (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) on iyzico's secure 3D Secure page, so we never see your card details; cash to the driver in euros, US dollars, pounds or lira; or a booking guarantee by card with the rest in cash. Cancelling is free up to 24 hours before pickup; from 6 to 24 hours before, the fee is up to 50% of the one-way price; under 6 hours the full price may be charged. Date and time changes are possible until 24 hours before pickup. If more people join, write to us with your booking reference; a bigger vehicle costs the difference, and we tell you the new price first.
