How does a pickup from my hotel to the airport work?
Your driver comes to your hotel at the pickup time you booked and contacts you on WhatsApp when they arrive.
On the day
- Be ready in the hotel lobby a few minutes before your pickup time, with your luggage.
- Your driver arrives at the hotel entrance and contacts you on WhatsApp.
- Your driver takes you straight to the airport.
If your hotel is in a pedestrian street or an area cars can't reach, mention it in the notes when you book. The driver then tells you where to meet nearby.
When should my pickup be?
Airlines usually recommend being at the airport about 2 to 3 hours before an international flight. Add the driving time and a margin for traffic, especially in Istanbul at rush hour. Our guides help you plan:
- Getting to Istanbul Airport
- Getting to Sabiha Gökçen Airport
- Getting to Antalya Airport
- Getting to Izmir Airport
- Getting to Ankara Airport
If you are not sure, ask us on WhatsApp and we suggest a pickup time.
