Fares as of October 2026. Yıldız station is slightly uphill from the hotel but only about 10 minutes away, which makes the metro a realistic choice for light travellers during the day.
How the hotel pickup works
When you book, tell us your flight time and we'll suggest a pickup time. Your driver comes up Saray Caddesi and waits at the entrance on the hotel drive, loads the luggage, then heads down to Barbaros Bulvarı and north towards the motorway. At the airport you're dropped at the departures level, close to your airline's check-in.
A Mercedes Vito takes up to six people and a Sprinter up to 15. For a VIP transfer, book the black VIP Vito or VIP Sprinter.
Allowing for traffic
Barbaros Bulvarı and Büyükdere Caddesi, the roads that lead from Beşiktaş to the ring road, are usually the slowest part of the trip. Expect delays on weekday mornings from about 07:00 to 10:00, in the evenings from about 17:00 to 20:00, and on Beşiktaş home-match days. In those windows, an earlier pickup is worth it.
Taxi and public transport from the Conrad

By rail, walk about 10 minutes to Yıldız station, take the M7 four stops to Kağıthane and change to the M11 for the airport; the M7 runs from 06:00 to midnight. The drive takes about 45 minutes without traffic. Most airlines ask you to be at the airport about 3 hours before an international flight and 2 hours before a domestic one, so from Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus plan a pickup about 4–4½ hours before an international flight and 3–3½ hours before a domestic flight. Always follow your own airline’s advice.

- At the airport: At Istanbul Airport there is a security check at the terminal entrance, before check-in, and the walk to the furthest gates can be long.
