Wat een ontzettend lieve en behulpzame taxichauffeur! Hij was heel vriendelijk, geduldig en dacht echt met ons mee. We hadden zelf per ongeluk een verkeerd tijdstip doorgegeven, maar hij was gelukkig zelfs eerder beschikbaar en heeft ons supergoed geholpen. De communicatie was prettig en we voelden ons meteen op ons gemak.
Heel fijn om zo’n vriendelijke en betrouwbare chauffeur te treffen. Zeker een aanrader als je een taxi nodig hebt in Istanbul! Nogmaals heel erg bedankt voor de goede service! ❤️

What was special about this transfer was that Erol is extremely good at communicating via WhatsApp in english . I never had to wait for a reply, and everything was top-notch, right down to the perfect description of the meeting point and even the punctual arrival.

If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would. Our driver, Erol, was excellent with communication. He messaged us the day prior to confirm pickup time and location. On the pickup day me messaged us 30 mi uses prior and was ALWAYS 10 minutes early.
