Your pickup on Tersane Caddesi
When you book, tell us your flight time and we'll suggest a pickup time that leaves room for traffic and for the long walk to the gates at Istanbul Airport. On the day, the driver waits at the hotel entrance on Tersane Caddesi. It's a one-way main road rather than a lane or a hill, so there's no walk with your bags to reach the car. The driver helps with the luggage and drops you at the departures level, near your airline's check-in area.
A Mercedes Vito takes up to six people; the Mercedes Sprinter takes up to 15. For a VIP transfer, choose the black VIP Vito or VIP Sprinter. Child seats and booster seats are available on request.
By metro from Haliç station
If you are travelling light, the metro from here is simple:
- Walk about 300 m on the flat to the Azapkapı end of M2 Haliç, the station on the bridge over the Golden Horn.
- Take the M2 towards Hacıosman for five stops to Gayrettepe.
- Change to the M11 and ride to Istanbul Airport, about 30 minutes. The station is under the terminal.

Taxi and Havaist from the hotel
A metered taxi to the airport costs about ₺2,100–2,400 (₺71.94 to start, ₺47.92 per km, no night rate), plus any tolls and time spent in slow traffic. Until the card-terminal rule takes effect on 16 November 2026, have cash ready.
