Kuşadası Transfer from Izmir Airport

Kuşadası is a beach resort with a cruise port on its seafront, and most of its visitors land at Izmir. This page is for booking the ride south: prices for each vehicle, how the booking works, and what to tell us if you are joining a ship or heading to Ladies Beach.

What the Fare Covers

• The whole vehicle for your group, with a licensed driver who speaks English. The transfer is private to your group.
• Flight tracking: a late landing changes the meeting time and nothing else, with no extra charge for traffic or flight delays.
• All taxes and fees, so there is no motorway toll to settle on the way.
• A pickup just outside the arrivals exit and a drop-off at your hotel, villa or the cruise quay.

Four Steps to Book

1. Search: enter Izmir Airport, your hotel in Kuşadası or the port, the date and time, passengers and suitcases.
2. Choose the vehicle. The price shown is the price you pay.
3. Enter your name, e-mail, a WhatsApp number and your flight number so we can follow the flight.
4. Confirm. You get a confirmation e-mail with your booking reference at once; the booking guide walks through the screens.

On the day, the driver waits just outside the arrivals exit of your terminal. After you land, they send the exact meeting point and a short video on WhatsApp.

Ege Port, Ladies Beach or the Southern Resorts

The route runs south on the İzmir–Aydın motorway, leaves at Belevi, passes Selçuk and crosses the hills to the sea. Count on 65 to 85 minutes; the last stretch from Selçuk to the coast is the slow part on summer weekends and cruise days, when excursion coaches fill the road. Joining or Leaving a Cruise Ship

Many passengers fly in a day before boarding, which is safer than a same-day connection because a ship sails on schedule. For a quay drop-off, write the ship name and boarding time in the booking notes. If you fly out the day your cruise ends, work backwards: disembarkation, the drive of about 75 minutes, and about three hours at the airport before an international flight. Check the latest disembarkation time on your cruise documents and mention the pier or area where you will be standing.

Cruise Parties, Families and Shopping Bags

A Vito takes six passengers with seven bags, and the VIP Vito four with five. Resort stays mean bigger cases, and a bazaar visit usually adds one more, so count your bags at the hotel door before the return trip and tell us if the number grew. Friends travelling together on one ship fit in a Sprinter, which takes up to 15 passengers and 20 bags; the VIP Sprinter takes 10 with 16. Child seats cost five euros per seat, added when you book.

The drive from Kuşadası takes about 70 minutes without traffic. For an international flight book the pickup about 4½ to 5¼ hours before departure, and 3½ to 4¼ hours before a domestic flight; for a 14:00 international flight that means between about 08:45 and 09:30. Leave earlier on cruise days and summer weekends, because the Selçuk to Kuşadası road is the section you leave on. The driver collects you at your hotel entrance and drops you at the departures floor of the correct terminal, so tell them whether you fly international or domestic. When the Havaş Coach or a Taxi Makes Sense

If you travel alone with light luggage and your hotel is near the bus terminal, the Havaş coach is cheaper at about €11 (₺600) per person, but it takes around 90 minutes with departures roughly every two hours, and most hotels need a taxi from the terminal. For one car the airport taxi list gives ≈€68 (₺3,800) to Kuşadası, a little below our Vito, while the meter usually reads higher. Changing or Cancelling

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. Between 6 and 24 hours before, the fee is 50% of the one-way price, and under 6 hours there is no refund. You can change the date and time online at least 24 hours before pickup. See the cancellation help article.
