By public transport you would take İZBAN and the metro to Fahrettin Altay, then an ESHOT bus (lines 975 or 985, or the express 675) out to Seferihisar, and another local bus (640) to reach Sığacık. That is a sensible budget route for a light traveller with time to spare, but it is a long chain after a flight. A taxi from the rank can also do the run, though you start a long metered ride and an unplanned queue.
