Leaving Güzelçamlı for a flight means starting at the very end of the Kuşadası coast road, with the longest stretch of driving still ahead. Book a private transfer to İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport (ADB) and the driver picks you up from your guesthouse or estate at the agreed time and takes you to the right departures entrance.

Start earlier than you think
Güzelçamlı is about as far from the airport as a Kuşadası-district address gets, so the pickup time needs a generous margin. For an international flight, work back from a three-hour check-in and add roughly an hour and a half on the road; a pickup between five and six hours before departure is a safe plan. A flight in the early morning usually means leaving in the middle of the night, and it is worth telling your host the day before.
Out through Davutlar
The driver heads out on the village road through Davutlar, joins the D-515 and the D-525 towards Söke, and reaches the İzmir–Aydın Motorway (O-31) at the Germencik junction. From there it is a motorway run to the airport area in Gaziemir. A longer alternative goes via Kuşadası and Selçuk. Cars waiting to enter the national park can slow the first kilometres on summer weekends, so leave a little slack at the beginning.
If you stayed near the park
Guests who spent their last morning at the coves or at the Zeus Cave by the park entrance should be back in the village before the pickup. Do not wait at the gate: the van is easier to meet at your own accommodation, where the street is narrow but known. Hosts can give a landmark such as a shop or the beach access if the lane has no number.
Check-in at ADB
ADB has an international and a domestic terminal in two adjacent buildings. Look at your booking, then tell the driver; the car stops at the departures entrance of that building. Spend the margin you built in on a calm check-in rather than racing the clock.
Other ways out
Local minibuses and the Havaş coach from Kuşadası or Davutlar Junction exist, but the connection to Güzelçamlı itself is not direct and the coach times change by season. A private car removes the changes.
A last morning in the park, or not
If your flight is in the evening, the Dilek Peninsula coves are tempting for a final swim. Treat the park as a half-day: the entrance gate is controlled and traffic to the park builds in summer, so being back in the village for a pickup at two in the afternoon leaves less margin than it looks. With a night flight there is more freedom. With a morning flight, say goodbye to the coast the evening before. The driver will message you on WhatsApp if the car arrives early or if the road is slow.
Narrow lanes, early cars
Streets near the beach are narrow and a car arriving at four in the morning will be heard. If you would rather not wake the neighbours, agree a pickup point at the end of your lane or on the main village road.

🛫 Güzelçamlı to İzmir Airport: when to leave for your flight
The drive takes about 90 minutes without traffic. Most airlines ask you to be at the airport about 3 hours before an international flight and 2 hours before a domestic one, so from Güzelçamlı plan a pickup about 5–5¾ hours before an international flight and 4–4¾ hours before a domestic flight.
